Another idea for you. For years I have used a timer to remind me to get up and move around every ten minutes. Not for eyes, but for stiffness, particularly legs. It is not good for older people to sit endlessly any place. So, promote your program for this as well as eyes. George Mc.

This is a great program. Congratulations! Here are a couple of suggestions to consider.
1. Smaller eyes relax box at the top. This one interferes too much with icons on desktop.
2.Fix the Paypal feature so you can get some money.
3. Put in an ooption for no sound.
4. Advertise it for a break from sitting also, gives some relief to leg cramps. George McIntosh

Thank you so much for writing this program!!! When I embarked on a search for such a utility, I thought I’d come across numerous options. I was very surprised to find that there really was nothing out there! I had tried WorkRave, which is about the only option otherwise, and really did not like it at all. This works exactly as hoped, as if I had actually commissioned a programmer to write it for me! Thank you for saving my eyes, and I hope my donation helps!

BUT WE CAN play a sound .. show pictures .. on start of break..
but can’t execute a .exe or a .bat
I wish we could do it..
please add it on next build.. should be easy ..

we love Eyes Relax! thank you!
but for a break we want to execute a batch script (that will do whatever – play a video file or random video files…)
please consider adding such a feature in next release

Hi ,
Its a very good software. but i would suggest during break time . instead if empty barker user can display with some routine (defined )tasks with user wishes to do with time.
which can be configurable in this app and user can opt to show / hide these activity text.

May be you could remind PC/Mac users with nice verbal messages:
a.Eyes relax
b.Walk for a couple of minutes to avoid leg stiffness
c. Drink some water after a couple of hours in front of the screen
d. Do some neck and shoulder streches
